Do I have to open account for placing an order?

No, registration is not important for placing an order.

 

How long does it take to deliver?

Our delivery time is 7 to 10 working days. For customized or out-of-stock orders, it may take a little longer.

 

What are the payment methods?

COD and Bank Transfer. 

 

Can I place international order from website?

It is preferable to place international orders on whatsapp, instagram or facebook because it won't be processed before 50% advance payment through bank. 

 

Are there any extra charges for customized orders? 

No, we don't take any extra charges for customized orders. However, 50% advance payment is necessary to process the order. 

 

Can the khussa get exchanged if there's a size issue?
